Inventory

The Inventory system is the basis for Job Costing and confirms that Materials are available for scheduled work.

Features

Streamline your warehouses and save money by always purchasing the lowest priced materials. With our Inventory software, track every part of the inventory process - from a bin within the warehouse to the project’s final cost.

  • Overview

The Inventory system is the basis for Job Costing and confirms that Materials are available for scheduled work.

  • Default Warehouses

Establish default Warehouses for each Project, along with creating multiple Warehouse locations and sublocations (i.e. bins).

  • Supplier Integration

Integration with Suppliers allows for real-time feeds of pricing data, ensuring the most current unit price.

  • Inventory Adjustments

Inventory adjustments are primarily driven through Scheduling. As a start date approaches, associated Parts are removed through an automated Pull process.

  • Warehouse Association

As Purchase Order line items are received, Part Inventory is increased for the associated Warehouse location.

  • Move Parts Manually

Parts can be removed manually for truck stock or added back to stock when material is returned from the field.

  • Physical Adjustments

Enter physical Inventory adjustments which offsets what the system currently has On-Hand.

  • Creating Assemblies

If an assembly is added to Inventory On-Hand, our system automatically removes the Component Parts from Inventory.
