Through a comprehensive report and dashboard comparing Actual to Budgeted Labor cost, the system determines each Employee’s Productivity.
Savings Share

Management defines the percentage of savings they desire for employees to share in. The result is an automatically calculated dollar amount of each Employee’s share in the gross cost savings for their completed under Budget work.
