Associates - Keith Schneider

As one of the founders of Sierra Data Systems (SDS), Keith Schneider used his extensive knowledge of process integration, accounting/finance, and general business practices to form the vision of the company. A vision aimed at creating centralized data solutions for managing business processes. As someone who "thinks" process, Keith has the unique ability to quickly understand business challenges regardless of the industry. He also knows how to ask the right questions and is relentless in the pursuit of asking "is there a better way?".

Keith's 20 year business experience has primarily been spent as an entrepreneur. Entrepreneur ventures have included construction, real-estate, accounting, tax planning, financial broker, and a founding partner of a web development company. In between business ventures, Keith spent time with MCI where he managed the IT Department budget. In addition, he served in the United States Air Force as part of the Accounting and Finance Department.

Within the last 4 years Keith has been building a reputation within the production homebuilding industry as someone who knows how to "make budget." He approaches job costing as a "real-time" event made available daily, void of manual processes, and designed to improve processes as well as the bottom line.

Keith has a BS in Finance/Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
